Sitch
PO Box 61059, Palo Alto, California, 94306, United States
Overview
Sitch offers a matchmaking product that fuses human matchmaker expertise with LLM-driven personalization: users onboard through an AI matchmaker that asks roughly 50 questions by text or voice and suggests matches without swiping. The app was initially trained on more than 75 matchmaking parameters provided by co-founder Nandini Mullaji and refines its models using user feedback after dates. When two users agree to match, the bot adds them to a group chat with the AI and users can continue to provide feedback to improve personalization. Sitch manually checks profiles to maintain quality and safety. The company charges users per set-up and sells packs of set-ups (three for $89.99, five for $124.99, and eight for $159.99). Sitch is currently available in New York and plans to expand to more cities this year. The startup is backed by $5 million in funding from M13 and a16z.
