Sitti SpA develops integrated communication systems for air traffic control and control room management. Founded in 1946 and based in Vimodrone (MI), Italy, the company’s products are considered industry benchmarks in digital signal processing and voice/data integration. Sitti currently operates in Italy, Brazil, Ukraine, Turkey, China and Malaysia. The company employs 95 people and reported an estimated turnover of €25m for 2010. Shareholders include Paolo and Gianpietro Crovato, Giorgio Donnini and Mario Scovenna, who together own 60%. Following the investment, Sitti plans to use the funds to expand into new markets.
