Sí TV is an independent entertainment television network targeting young American Latinos who prefer watching TV in English. The company announced it secured $24 million in combined equity and debt financing. The equity portion of the financing came from the company's existing group of investors. CEO Michael Schwimmer said the proceeds will strengthen the company's financial position and support growth initiatives. Planned uses include additional investment in the creation and acquisition of high-quality content. Javier Saralegui, former President and COO at Univision Online and former President at Galavisión, recently joined Sí TV's board.
