Ski Solutions is a luxury winter-sports travel expert and ski tour operator that has arranged ski holidays for over 30 years across Europe and North America. The business also operates a summer activities division built via acquisitions of BSpoke Tours (October 2014) and Cycling for Softies (October 2015). Led by CEO Craig Burton, the company serves the high-end ski and activities market from its London base. It raised over £6m in funding in a deal that included a secondary buyout. The company intends to use the proceeds for bolt-on acquisitions and to accelerate growth within the activities and adventure segment. John Wimbleton joined as Chairman following the transaction.
