Skippio provides a platform to enhance the fan experience at large-scale venues and events by allowing users to order and pay for food and beverages from anywhere in the venue. Users receive real-time updates on order progress and can collect items using an express area or lane to avoid queues. The solution aims to reduce wait times, cut waste, and increase venue revenues and operational efficiency. The company plans to use the new funds to expand operations and continue product development. Founded in 2022 by Daniel Coen and based in Dublin, Skippio completed three phases of Enterprise Ireland’s New Frontiers Programme delivered by IADT Media Cube in partnership with NovaUCD. It previously received €100K from Enterprise Ireland’s Pre-Seed Start Fund (PSSF).
