Skyven Technologies focuses on eliminating industrial boiler emissions with its Arcturus high-temperature heat-pump system, which creates emissions-free steam for manufacturing plants. Delivered via an Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) model, Arcturus lets customers cut fuel costs and carbon output without up-front capital. The company’s technology has already been deployed in six projects at California Dairies, collectively avoiding more than 7,000 metric tons of CO₂ per year. Skyven recently secured a $145 million award from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations, providing additional non-dilutive capital for large-scale rollouts. Management plans to accelerate nationwide installations, pairing federal dollars with private project finance to fund design, construction, and ongoing operations. By retaining majority ownership of each project, Skyven captures recurring service revenue while giving industrial clients guaranteed savings and emissions reductions.
