Sleek is a paperless one-stop platform for incorporating and operating companies in Singapore, handling incorporation, government filings, accounting, taxes, visas and regulatory compliance. Founded in May 2017 by Julien Labruyere and Adrien Barthel, Sleek built its own systems including an AI that analyzes client mail and a workflow management tool to digitize corporate-secretary processes. The company offers packages starting at SG$800 (about $585) per year for compliance officer services, with pay-per-use options for taxes and add-ons such as nominee director, registered address and employee pass applications. Sleek has grown to more than 50 employees and says it works with over 1,000 clients, from one-person consultancies to MNC sub-divisions, and is a Xero gold-level partner. The startup raised a $1.5 million round that included participation from Martin Crawford, bringing total disclosed funding to $2.1 million. Future plans include building a partner platform for third-party financial services and more granular accounting controls, plus launching a similar incorporation service in Hong Kong.
