Sleepagotchi is a Cambridge, MA-based mobile application that rewards users with digital collectibles for meeting consistent sleep goals. Users set target bedtimes and wake-up times and receive rewards based on how close and consistent their actual sleep times are. Each morning users claim a collectible which can be used to build virtual collectible rooms, adding gamification and social elements. The app launched a closed beta in November 2022 and is currently available on iOS, with Android development ongoing and access gated by invitation codes. The company intends to use the seed funds for product development and initial scaling. Sleepagotchi was co-founded by Anton Kraminkin and Alex Karatkou, who bring experience in gamification product work and iOS engineering respectively.
