Slick is a social networking platform for Gen Z that enables users to discover social connections through features such as anonymous compliments and friend-curated honest profiles. Its Anonymous Compliments feature lets young people exchange positive feedback anonymously to reduce hesitation, while Honest Profiles are curated by friends and currently live in select institutions. Since launching in December, Slick’s 15-person team has grown the app to over 1 million users across 5,000+ schools and colleges in India. The company plans to use new funding to enhance user experience, drive innovation, and develop features to attract more users. Founded by Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal and based in Bangalore, Slick focuses on authentic, peer-driven social interactions among students.
