SlimPay provides a recurring-payments platform that digitizes SEPA direct-debit authorizations and supports credit card payments to make subscription billing seamless. The service enables instant setup of bank-account debits with digital signatures and an optimized signup flow, which can increase conversion rates for online subscription services. SlimPay works with many French companies, including EDF, Deezer and SFR, and takes a small cut on every payment it processes. In 2014 the company processed €2.4 billion in payments. The startup is primarily focused on its home market in France but intends to expand across the Eurozone, leveraging SEPA's unified standard. SlimPay also plans to add more online documentation and API endpoints for developers and aims to double its team by the end of the year.
