Smart Garage operates a digital B2B2C platform that connects workshops, vehicle owners, insurers, and fleet operators and uses AI and SaaS tools for vehicle diagnostics, damage assessment, predictive maintenance, and workflow automation. The company has built a network of over 500 partner garages across tier I and tier II cities and plans to expand that network to more than 10,000 workshops by 2030. Its current revenue model is hybrid, driven by franchise operations and spare-parts supply, with plans to introduce SaaS subscriptions and commission-based revenue streams. The startup has set a target to achieve an Rs 80 crore revenue run rate by the end of FY27. Smart Garage was founded by Pawan Singh Raghuvanshi and recently raised Rs 2.4 crore in a Pre-Series A round as part of a larger Rs 15 crore fundraising plan.
