Smart Tribune is a Paris-based SaaS company founded in 2011 that builds customer self-service solutions powered by AI, NLP and machine learning. It launched SmartFAQ in 2016 and later added a conversational chatbot and a knowledge platform for customer service representatives. Its solutions are used by over 150 major French and international brands across more than 30 sectors, are deployed in nearly 50 countries, and are available in more than 25 languages. The Technical and R&D division represents more than 40% of the company's workforce; Smart Tribune plans to double that team within 18 months and recruit around ten IT profiles starting in the second half of 2023. The company intends to increase R&D investment to further personalize and automate customer and employee experiences. In March 2023 Smart Tribune raised €8 million to support those R&D and international expansion plans.
