Led by CEO and founder Siu Tong, the company recently launched PHN. In January 2015 Smartlink raised $2.5m in a seed round to fund product development and to launch sales and marketing efforts. Backers included Andre Tse, MD, alongside other private investors. The funds are intended to accelerate product development and the commercial rollout of PHN to enterprise clinical customers.
