SmartPurse is an independent British–Swiss EdTech platform that provides financial know‑how specifically for women. Its core product, SmartPurse.me, offers country‑customized learning and coaching programs with some free content and paid tailored courses on topics like retirement planning and investing. The founders are Jude Kelly and Olga Miler, and the platform was programmed in Switzerland. The company launched in the UK and has rolled out a Swiss version; before the Swiss launch in early February they had 500 Swiss users and have since added 100 subscribers. Canadian angel investor Jacki Zehner has invested just over half a million Swiss francs and supports the founders with financial expertise. SmartPurse plans to bring additional investors on board later this year to accelerate growth.
