Smartr365 provides a cloud-first business application built for mortgage advisors, introducers and solicitors. Its platform includes an online fact find, CRM and efficient customer verification processes and functions as an end-to-end mortgage broking platform. The company also plans to make individual components available to other mortgage businesses and CRM providers, including LendrConnect, a mortgage API that allows brokers to submit mortgages directly to lenders without re-keying data. Founded in 2016 and led by CEO Conor Murphy, Smartr365 is based in London. The company secured a £3m investment from Legal & General and intends to use the funds to continue developing its offering. Legal & General's MD of FinTech, Nick Frankland, will join Smartr365’s board as a non-executive director.
