Smschain builds an infrastructure providing P2B (person-to-business) SMS services via a blockchain-based SMS gateway. Its platform enables mobile subscribers and SMS aggregators to act as miners by delivering messages and earning Short-Message-Tokens (SMSTO) as rewards. The team says the recent funding provides sufficient resources to proceed with development and implementation according to its original roadmap. Leadership is led by CEO Andrey Insarov and COO Oleg Makarov. The company paused a planned ICO and will return individual investments collected to original wallets between 20 and 23 November 2017. Bounty campaign tokens and tokens won during a Telegram channel lottery will be fully paid by 20 December 2017, and project tokens will be available for purchase again once the project is developed and launched.
