Snapback is a Rome-based startup that creates touchless interfaces for smart devices by leveraging built-in sensors. Its core product is an app that improves user experience via gesture and audio control with no need for peripheral devices. Led by CEO and co-founder Giuseppe Morlino, the company was accelerated within Luiss Enlabs and is part of LVenture Group’s portfolio. Snapback raised €450k from Smart&Start – Invitalia and unnamed business angels and intends to use the funds to expand its business. The company previously received a €150k award from INCENSe, a European Commission-backed program. It aims to target workplace safety and automotive markets in Italy and abroad.
