Led by CEO Josh Epstein, the company processes THC-free full-spectrum hemp and operates at large scale with logistics in place to increase hemp biomass throughput. It supplies high-quality raw materials to international consumer packaged goods companies seeking cannabinoid ingredients. Socati closed a $33 million second round of funding. Investors in the round include Lorne Abony, Jim Mellon and JJR Private Capital. The company intends to use the capital to bring operations to manufacturing scale.
