Socitm Advisory provides digital transformation services to public sector organisations, aiming to maximise organisational effectiveness and enhance customer and employee experiences. The firm employs over 100 consultants across the UK and is the sister company of Socitm, a membership network of 250+ public services organisations. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Northampton, Socitm Advisory is focused on expanding its services and client base across local and central government and the wider public sector. In February 2023 BGF invested £5 million into the business to provide the foundations for that expansion. As part of the investment BGF introduced Non-Executive Chair Paul Heywood, who has experience scaling businesses in data and technology and previously served as Chair of DevOpsGroup. The company is positioning itself to grow its services and influence in a large, addressable public-sector market and highlights the ROI it delivers to clients.
