Softline is an international software licensor and IT service provider offering software, hardware, cloud, security and IT consulting. The company provides access to solutions from some 3,000 vendors and is active in 28 countries. Management is increasing the share of services and cloud products in its mix and is expanding abroad by acquiring local players. In 2015 Softline’s turnover exceeded $800 million and EBITDA reached almost $40 million; Russia accounted for 60% of revenue and neighboring countries 40%. Executives expect that by the time of a planned IPO revenue will be split roughly one-third each across Russia, Latin America and Asia. The company is pursuing aggressive M&A in BRICS to support growth and an eventual public listing.
