Sojournix is a Waltham, Mass.-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on new medicines for women’s health and neuroendocrine disorders. Its lead program is SJX-653, a potent, selective NK3 receptor antagonist in development as a once-daily non-hormonal therapy for moderate to severe menopausal vasomotor symptoms. SJX-653 was acquired from H. Lundbeck A/S in 2017 via an asset purchase and is progressing through Phase 1 clinical studies.
