SolveQuotes uses proprietary natural language processing and machine learning to parse clients' unstructured messages and aggregate millions of daily bids, offers and market color across securitized products, corporate bonds, syndicated bank loans, credit default swaps and municipal bonds. The platform and data feeds, combined with proprietary analytics, produce real-time market consensus pricing, facilitate BWIC monitoring, identify trading opportunities, and visualize pricing and liquidity trends. Founded in 2011 and led by co-founders Eugene Grinberg and Gerard Nealon, Solve operates across the US, UK, India, the Caribbean and APAC. The company plans to use new capital to accelerate product innovation, expand its data aggregation and analytics capabilities, pursue strategic acquisitions, and grow go-to-market and operations globally. Charlesbank's investment of over $80 million follows prior funding from Credit Suisse Asset Management's NEXT Investors in August 2019, with NEXT remaining an investor.
