Sophia Webster is a British accessories designer led by Founder and Creative Director Sophia Webster and Managing Director Bobby Stockley. The brand sells signature shoes and handbags and is distributed in over 200 retailers worldwide. It secured a £4m investment from Business Growth Fund (BGF). As part of the investment BGF introduced Peter Williams, who was subsequently appointed Non-Executive Chairman. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate international growth by expanding retailer partnerships, opening more stores in key destinations and growing its eCommerce business. The raise is positioned to support global retail expansion and online channel development.
