SOS Accessoire is a French startup that provides tools to diagnose home-appliance problems, direct access to spare parts, and video tutorials aimed at amateur repairers. It estimates it saved half a million appliances in 2020, avoiding roughly 20,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions (equivalent to the annual emissions of 4,375 French people).
