Soteria AI is building Natasha, an AI assistant aimed at amateur and semi-professional gamers. The company says the funding will drive continued development of Natasha and support research into quantum, AI platform technology and biochemical computing. Soteria will release its first game, Rising Fire Battle Royale, next year with Asian distribution through Tencent and North American support that will include Natasha’s in-game assistance. The company is working with AI partners Aigo and Axion Ventures and says it will coordinate with the Saudi government and MIT on development. Soteria recently appointed Tim Carruthers as COO and President, alongside CTO Eric Schneider and Chief Scientist Devon Nobrega. The company was founded in 2019, has offices in the US and China, and is currently valued at $75MM.
