Founded in 2019 and based in Suzhou, Shengxin Electronics (声芯电子) is an IDM high‑tech firm focused on surface acoustic wave (SAW) products. It offers SAW RF chips and modules, SAW filters and SAW resonators for applications in 4G/5G networks, IoT, smart home, aerospace satellites and radar. Since inception the company invested in a SAW chip line in 2019 and a back‑end packaging line in 2020, and launched an IDM Phase II project in Rudong, Nantong in October 2021. On March 6 the company completed an RMB 50 million A++ round of financing. Proceeds will be used to expand SAW filter manufacturing lines in Nantong and Rizhao. After reaching full production the company expects monthly output of more than 50 million SAW filters.
