Sourced is a technology company founded in 2015 by Jorge Schnura, Eiso Kant and Philip Von Have that develops artificial‑intelligence algorithms analyzing millions of software developer data points worldwide. Its core product is AI-driven tooling that processes developer data to power new paid and free recruitment and developer‑insight tools. The company has offices in Madrid and Berlin and planned to open seven additional offices in London, Paris, Stockholm, Amsterdam, New York, Boston and San Francisco. Management said it will use the funds to expand beyond Spain and to improve its AI algorithm. At the time of the report the startup had 25 employees and expected to reach 55 by year‑end.
