Spacewalk commercialized AI architecture design technology and launched the AI-based real estate solution Landbook in 2018. Landbook derives optimal development plans for small real estate, finds candidate development projects, and reviews their feasibility. The company has corporate customers including RPM brokerage and Terra Funding and signed business agreements with NH Nonghyup Bank and Woori Bank’s WM department. Landbook has also attracted interest from state-run housing and land development firms such as Seoul Housing & Communities Corp and Korea Land and Housing Corp. Spacewalk plans to develop Landbook as a software-as-a-service and to accelerate service expansion with the new capital. The company says it will use AI improvements to broaden access to its land purchase advisory services and better help users.
