Spacial has built an AI-driven engineering platform that converts 2D residential architectural drawings into detailed, code-compliant 3D structural and MEP plans. The software automatically detects design conflicts, validates local building codes, and prepares permit-ready documents, shrinking the design-to-permit timeline from months to days. By integrating with architects’ and engineers’ existing tools and adding licensed engineering oversight, the system reduces material waste, rework, and project risk. Since launching in 2024, the company’s booked revenue has grown 300% and it is supporting more than 140 active projects across the United States. Spacial currently employs over 20 people split between its Palo Alto headquarters and an R&D center in Tel Aviv. The newly raised capital will fund further AI model development and expand sales and customer-success teams to accelerate adoption among architects, builders, and design professionals.
