Spayr operates an on-demand salary platform that lets employees access part of already earned salaries in a single payment, 24/7 and instantly. The platform allows employers to set limits and offers support modules for budget management, including practical tips, renegotiation of charges and individual coaching. Spayr has won around twenty medium-sized companies and major clients across hotels and restaurants, distribution, retail and logistics, covering about 30,000 employees. Co-founded by Louis Ajacques, Paul Riché and Pierre Olive, the company is based in La Trinité-sur-Mer, France. It plans to use new funding to expand operations and accelerate development efforts.
