Specialty Renal Products (SRP) is a medical device company and subsidiary of Nephros focused on products for patients with renal disease, notably a hemodiafiltration (HDF) system for ESRD. SRP's first‑generation device is currently the only FDA‑cleared HDF system in the United States. The company is developing a second‑generation HDF system and intends to use the proceeds from the financing to complete development, initial commercial production, and a planned initial launch in late 2019. SRP closed a $3 million Series A financing in September 2018 led by Wexford Capital and Arbor Capital, with participation from company management.
