Speedioo operates a full-stack marketplace and operations platform for buying and selling used two-wheelers, integrating sourcing, assessment, pricing, and sales. The startup plans to integrate AI across its value chain and build an AI-native technology stack to support vehicle sourcing, assessment, price discovery, and sales operations. It currently works with 200+ dealer partners across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune, has sold over 4,000 vehicles, and has crossed Rs 30 crore in GMV. Management reports topline growth of more than fivefold over the past 12 months and says the business is EBITDA-positive and cash-flow positive. Speedioo intends to expand into 3–4 additional cities, grow its retail footprint via a franchise-led model, enter new tier I–IV markets, and roll out financing and warranty products, while targeting over Rs 100 crore in ARR within 12–18 months. The company has also partnered with electric two-wheeler manufacturers for exchange programmes to access the EV resale segment.
