Spencer, founded in 2016 and based in Antwerp, offers a digital workplace assistant that combines information and actions from scattered tools into facilitated employee-centric journeys. The product is designed to act like a personal management assistant for each employee, handling schedules, paperwork, and workplace processes. Since launch Spencer has partnered with Microsoft and won enterprise customers including Proximus, DEME, Delhaize, Q8 and Port of Antwerp. The platform now supports over 60,000 employees worldwide. The team doubled in size in the past six months and plans to grow to 30 team members by next summer. The company recently raised capital to accelerate its growth and further roll out its product at large organizations.
