The spencer medication dispensing technology has served more than 5,800 patients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Headquartered near North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park, Spencer partners with pharmaceutical companies, global clinical packagers, and regional and national specialty pharmacies and has recently won several major chronic care provider contracts in the US, Canada and Europe. The Series D financing will convert existing debt to equity and bring new capital to scale the business. Proceeds are earmarked for devices, new operational hires, and sales and marketing to support growth in those markets.
