Spinview builds measurement-accurate volumetric digital twins of buildings and infrastructure, processing IoT, BIM, scanning and visualization data into actionable visual models. AI layers translate and automate that data into usable information for employees across an organization. The company develops both a software platform and the corresponding hardware for data capture to produce 3D models. It plans to use proceeds from a £5.5m pre-Series A to further develop its intellectual property and capture hardware, and to expand its customer success team. Founded in 2015 by Linda Wade and Zoran Grahovac, Spinview is headquartered in London and employs 28 people across the UK, Sweden, USA, Serbia and India with a global network of subcontractors and distributors. Customers include Transport for London, the Norwegian Military, SKF, Global and JC Decaux.
