The Sporting News is a sports media and publishing business that serves as a destination for intent-driven sports news and is the official NBA digital destination in several international markets. It is a global partner of the NFL and also delivers MLB content. Under Global COO Shaun Koiner the company has launched 10 new market editions across Latin America, Europe and Asia and has grown its audience to 50 million monthly unique users. Since being acquired in 2021 by an international investment group (after eight years under DAZN/Perform Group), TSN has pursued international expansion and operational changes. Led by CEO Rich Routman, the company intends to use new funding to facilitate brand growth and pivot the TSN business to being more transactionally-led. TSN also made a strategic investment in SuperDraft, an online daily fantasy sports and player prop platform.
