Springtide combines a concierge medical model with early childcare and education–style services to deliver autism care through specialists and teams of registered behavioral technicians. The company provides both remote and in-person services from a clinic in Connecticut and plans to open several additional sites across the Northeast. Springtide accepts private insurance and Medicaid (charging Medicaid $46/hour and commercial payers $50–$60/hour) while families pay only their usual co-pay and deductible. The founding team includes Jia Jia Ye (with ties to Redesign Health) and Dr. Tiva Pierce (formerly of Constellation Health Services). Springtide currently has roughly 30 employees and pivoted to remote care during the COVID-19 lockdowns. The company says it will use new financing to expand its footprint and staff and aims to emphasize outcomes measurement as a platform for care and research in a fragmented autism market.
