Sprout provides in-home and online Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy using a software platform and computer-vision tools to accelerate diagnosis, monitor progress, and reduce nonclinical burden on therapists. Families begin with an online or pediatric-office screener; if indicated, Sprout connects them with a child psychologist and starts care — and will absorb diagnostic costs for families who cannot pay. The company employs therapists (not contractors), supplies them with iPads and integrated software, and offers Care Coordinators to guide families through assessment and treatment. Sprout says its users see about a 10% faster rate of new skills acquisition versus industry averages and currently has over 50 families on the platform, targeting roughly 1,000 families by year-end. It operates in California, Oregon, Florida, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Colorado, Indiana and Ohio and has 60 staff across three continents with plans to grow to a couple hundred employees and 400–500 therapists by early next year. The longer-term plan is to expand the platform beyond autism into other chronic cognitive and chronic health conditions such as Down syndrome and Alzheimer’s.
