Sprout operates a platform that enables underserved private investors to access curated venture capital funds with minimum contributions from as little as £5,000 and no maximum. The product targets professionals priced out by high VC minimums, HNW/UHNW individuals lacking access through wealth managers, and family offices seeking education on VC selection. In just over a year the company has partnered with firms including Speedinvest, G Squared and Episode 1 Ventures. Sprout has facilitated millions of pounds of investment from a community of more than 500 private investors. The company plans to use new funding to scale its platform and accelerate growth. The business was co-founded by Jonny Blausten, Daniel Lehmann and Rich Abrahams, who recently took the role of Chief Investment Officer.
