SPUN

Overview
Founded in 2024 by former LINE Indonesia colleagues Christa Sabathaly and Dilla Anindita, SPUN is building an AI-enabled platform that standardises and automates visa workflows for both individual consumers and B2B partners. The company already supports more than 300 visa types covering over 90 destination countries and has processed thousands of paid inbound and outbound visa applications with a 99 % approval rate in its first year. Its services are embedded in major regional travel platforms such as Klook, Traveloka, Tiket, and Nusatrip, and its B2B network exceeds 200 travel agents and resellers. By treating visas as a critical but underdeveloped layer of travel infrastructure, SPUN aims to become the regional system of record for cross-border mobility. The startup plans to use new capital to expand into additional Southeast Asian markets, deepen product automation, and tighten integrations with travel partners. All applications processed to date have been fully paid at market rates, underscoring early revenue traction alongside rapid user adoption.
