In November 2018 the company completed a follow-on financing from Flow Capital that provided US$425,000 in growth capital. The financing was structured similarly to Flow’s royalty agreements (indefinite term, monthly payments, and a buyout provision) and included five-year warrants to purchase approximately 1% of the company. Flow Capital said the capital will support Stability as the healthcare industry digitizes and as the nursing workforce shifts generationally. Management is pursuing continued expansion while seeking growth capital that mitigates dilution of existing shareholders.
