Stackbox develops AI-driven software tools that tackle operational bottlenecks in contemporary logistics networks. Its flagship offerings include a warehouse management system tailored for automated facilities and a transportation management system that supports end-to-end planning and execution. Founded by IIT alumni Sabyasachi Bhattacharjee, Shanmukha Boora, Venktesh Kumar, and Nitin Mamodia, the company claims to serve large FMCG players as well as customers in food & beverage, manufacturing, industrial supply chains, and e-commerce. With fresh capital in hand, Stackbox intends to deepen product development, broaden its customer base, and accelerate go-to-market initiatives across India and select international markets, particularly Southeast Asia. The startup is simultaneously expanding its presence in that region to facilitate cross-border and regional logistics operations. Prior to the current raise, the firm had secured multiple rounds of funding, including a USD 1.2 million seed investment from Ecosystem Ventures in 2021 and an additional USD 4 million round led by Enrission India Capital in November last year.
