Stairpay has partnered with housing association Clarion, social enterprise Places for People, and Share to Buy to enable automatic listing and smoother transactions for shared ownership properties. Led by founder Floris ten Nijenhuis, the company focuses on simplifying the part-buy, part-rent scheme to make housing more affordable. The business plans to use newly raised funds to further develop the platform and to onboard additional housing associations.
