Stampery

Overview
Stampery provides blockchain-based document certification, allowing users to stamp files via a personal Stampery email, the website, an API, or direct Dropbox integration. The company updated its API to allow unlimited stamping and is working on integrations with Box. Stampery issues legally binding proofs that let users prove a document's existence, integrity and ownership by exploring the bitcoin blockchain, and it links government IDs to the blockchain to prove real identity. The service aims to replace traditional notaries by making remote notarization simple and verifiable. Storing proofs on the blockchain increases resistance to tampering and enables independent third-party verification. Shortly after participating in TechCrunch's Battlefield at Disrupt SF, Stampery raised $600,000 from Draper Associates with Boost VC, Blockchain Capital and Di-Ann Eisnor also participating.
