Based in Indianapolis and Paris, Stamus Networks offers the Stamus Security Platform, which combines intrusion detection (IDS), network security monitoring (NSM), and network detection and response (NDR) into a single solution. The platform collects insights from cloud and on-premise network activity to help enterprise security teams know more, respond sooner, and mitigate risk. Led by CEO Ken Gramley, the company emphasizes exposing serious and imminent threats to critical assets and empowering rapid response. In August 2023 Stamus closed a $6M Series A financing. The company plans to use the funds to advance product innovation, elevate customer experience, and scale go-to-market resources and programs. Existing seed-stage backers Elevate Ventures and VisionTech Partners participated alongside new investor SmoothBrain and lead investor First Analysis. Stamus Networks offers a cybersecurity solution that correlates network traffic analysis and threat detection in real time to illuminate threats and give security teams visibility and insights into their organization’s security posture. Led by CEO Ken Gramley, the system is designed to help customers rapidly detect and respond to incidents. Customers include global financial institutions, a multi-national software company, a U.S. public school system, a European managed security service provider, and an international governmental body. The company is based in Indianapolis, IN and Paris, France. Stamus Networks secured $1.5 million in seed financing and intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach. Both VisionTech Angels and Elevate Ventures will appoint representatives to Stamus’ board of directors.
