Founded in 2024 by Rohit Arora and Ninad Karandikar, Stance Health offers a full-stack MSK programme combining in-person clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy with online recovery support. Its proprietary technology platform guides patients through structured exercise regimens while clinicians monitor progress. The company operates a flagship 2,000-sq-ft centre in Bengaluru and has completed more than 12,000 patient sessions in the eight months since launch. Stance plans to open about six physical centres by December and to pilot multiple centre formats before expanding to another Indian city next year. Management positions Stance as a trusted alternative to orthopaedic-only care, aiming to stay “as close to the customer as possible” with blended offline and online touchpoints. The newly raised pre-seed capital will fund team growth, technology enhancements, and geographic expansion.
