Starian develops highly specialized vertical software ecosystems delivering end-to-end SaaS solutions to private sector businesses across construction, legal intelligence, and operational efficiency. Its construction offering is built around the Sienge ecosystem; legal intelligence is led by the Projuris brand; and operational efficiency is supported by Checklist Fácil and Runrun.it. The company emerged from a carve-out of private-sector operations from Softplan in June 2025 and is led by CEO Ionan Fernandes. Starian reported an initial portfolio of more than 16,000 clients. Financially, it secured R$640 million (over US$115 million) in strategic funding from General Atlantic. The company intends to pursue organic growth and accretive M&A to expand capabilities, strengthen product offerings, and explore new business verticals.
