Founded in 2018 by CEO Colin Frame, Stellar Omada provides digital transformation, testing services and programme delivery to clients in banking, pensions and investment management, including some of the UK’s largest banks and pension providers. The business reported rapid revenue growth, earning £16.3m in 2022 up from £9.1m in 2021. Alongside its core services, Stellar Omada runs the Stellar Academy, which this year will provide over 100 young people with digital and technology skills and practical experience. The company says it plans to continue driving growth with both existing and new customers and to focus on social impact through skills development. Leadership will remain with founder Colin Frame as CEO and Royston Hoggarth as non-executive chair. The board will also be joined by financial services executive Mark Smith and BGF investor Richard Pugh.
