Stema develops a B2B career-copilot platform for engineers that automates STEM recruitment by emphasizing career paths instead of single job postings. Stema is building a large community of STEM talent and has secured contracts with 15 of Italy's top technical employers. Its founding team includes serial entrepreneur Vito Lomele, CEO Davide Bodini (HR background), and CTO Matteo Gambera (automation engineer). The company announced it has secured €1.6 million in funding to further develop its technology, expand its team, and solidify its market presence in Italy. Stema also plans to prepare for expansion into Germany and aims to guide the careers of 10 million European engineers, according to the CEO.
