Stone & Skillet produces and sells English muffins and was founded in 2014 by brothers Cam, Kyle, and Nick Meekins. The brand is carried in more than 3,000 retail doors and has reported selling tens of millions of dollars in product. In an interview the founders said the company booked its first $100k month in its second year of business. The company raised a $1 million seed round two years ago and has now completed a $5 million Series A. Management plans to use the Series A proceeds to expand distribution on the West Coast. The company’s investor lineup for this round includes BFG Partners, Beliade Consumer Partners, and Supernatural Ventures.
